Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To request a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions/Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you own and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.

 
30-day reflection period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason and without giving any reason. As above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the ticket or proof of purchase.

 
Refunds
We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and post your refund.
